What on earth you tryin' to do?

I'm not sure who to blame for this, but new Chase Bank commercial uses a cover of John Lennons' "Instant Karma" for the music track.

It appears that Lennon's solo work isn't covered by the Northern Music/ATV/Michael Jackson/Sony deal, so, again, I really don't know who's responsible for this massive FAIL. But I'm sure if Lennon was still around, he'd be royally pissed.
